Our goal at Essence is to make your time with us as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. To assist you, we have provided answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.

When should I arrive for my spa treatment?

We suggest you arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow you to relax and discuss your requirements with your therapist before your treatment commences.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Absolutely. Essence is proud to be able to offer the highest quality therapists. All our therapists choose to undergo continuous training and education and are at the forefront of their chosen fields.

What if I'm late for my appointment?

This is your special time so please try to arrive on time. Arriving late will not only reduce your time spent with us but the effectiveness of your treatment and your pleasure and enjoyment. Late arrivals will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next client and will be charged the scheduled fee as per the original booking.

Essence prides itself on providing a luxuriously presented and inviting environment for you to escape the stress of the outside world. Our spa is extremely hygienic and meticulously clean for your peace of mind. All our therapists undergo continuous training and education and are dedicated to providing excellence in your care and service. To ensure everyone's time with us is relaxing we ask the you please understand and respect the quiet and privacy of all our guests. As the spa environment is one of relaxation we ask that you turn off all mobile phones and speak with a soft voice.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that it may be necessary to change your appointment, however, we do ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or amendments. If no notice is given, full fee will be charged. If you do not show for your appointment full fee will be charged. While this may seem strict, please understand that we run Essence to the very highest of standards. Our spa is prepared to the highest of hygiene standards and we use only the highest quality products. As your rooms and products are prepared especially for you, the cost and time involved in this is still applicable when you do not show. To allow us to continue to offer the very best service and experience, we kindly ask you to ensure you understand our cancellation policy. A credit card is required to secure all bookings over 2 hours.
